This image is intended to make the viewer ask the question, "What happens to some popular human pastimes if the world eliminates the internal combustion engine?" In this case, the very lucrative sport of auto racing in its many forms. Also to be considered would be air racing, speed boat racing, ATV hobbies, among many others. Indeed, even air travel itself would be at risk since no alternative has yet been found to replace the gas turbine engine as a source of power.
